Detailed estimates from complete drawings typically land within a few percent of actual quantities. Conceptual estimates are less precise, and we always state the expected range.
Which software do you use?
We use industry-standard digital takeoff and estimating tools and deliver results in Excel and PDF so you never need special software.
Do you work outside Virginia?
Yes. We estimate projects across the United States and adjust pricing for each location.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Plans, pricing and client details are never shared. We are happy to sign an NDA.
How do I pay?
Payment details are included with your quote. Repeat clients can set up monthly billing.
What if I have questions after delivery?
Just call or email. Clarifications and minor revisions are part of the service.
Can you revise an estimate when addenda come out?
Yes. We update estimates for addenda and revisions, usually quickly and at a reduced fee.
